The Challenge

The health center faced critical infrastructure gaps, including a lack of a proper waiting area, limited medical supplies, and poor patient conditions, forcing mothers and children to wait in unsafe environments. This led to low turnout during child welfare clinic days and affcetd new born vaccination and growth monitoring.

What We Did

We organized a large-scale health outreach, provided screenings, consultations, and medications, donated essential medical supplies, and constructed a 25×25 ft pavilion to improve patient care conditions.

These outcomes show how targeted community action improved healthcare access, supported continued care, and restored dignity for families in need.
